Terms and Conditions:
– No pets allowed.
– No open flames on the property, i.e. no fire pits.
– You will be billed and liable for damages to the property.
– Property owner and guests to handle legal matters in Arizona, U.S.A.
– No refunds.
– Guests stay at property at their own risks. Property is secured with locking doors and windows, and perimeter gates. Theft or vandalism to property of guests is a matter for guests to handle with local law enforcement, and to hold property owners harmless from claims. Guests are encouraged to minimize the taking of valuables to foreign countries and to seek insurance for travelers.
– We offer a non-refundable hold deposit option to allow guests to pay in full prior to 21 days in advance of your check in date. Your hold will expire within 21 days of your reserved check in date if not paid in full, and the property will be offered to other guests. First to pay in full for requested days will get the property for those dates.
– No smoking in the home.
By paying any amount for the nights reserved, payer agrees to these terms.
